After lunch, grab your BMX and head on up to Mount Arthur and discover all the walking and biking trails. Explore the area that Australia's first Explorers discovered over 150 years ago. Look out for the plaques and signposts outlining all the points of interest.

After lunch, head a little down the road to Burrendong Botanic Garden and Arboretum. You can walk around yourself or take a guided tour on certain days. Keep your eyes peeled for native wildlife hiding among the trees and bushes and read the plaques along the way to find out more about the plants in the garden.
Don't miss Fern Gully which holds some plants that used to thrive in this area. The Arboretum has a simulated rainforest environment which is full of plants and animals you won't see elsewhere in the garden.
