Wellington is a great spot for motorbike enthusiasts.
With excellent trails all around the district and a dedicated riding track in the Catombal ranges, Wellington is a popular spot for riding.

Wellington boasts two tennis courts of high standard.

Wellington has an Olympic sized pool which is the envy of many towns. Wellington has produced some excellent swimmers including Paralympian champion Ben Austin.
The Wellington Public Pool opens during summer and is owned and operated by Wellington Council.

Go racing at the beautiful Wellington Race Course. With an active committee, the Wellington Race Course is one of the best and hosts the richest racing carnival each year - the Wellington Boot Racing Carnival
The Wellington Race Course is also home to the Wellington Picnic Race Club who held their first meeting in 2007. This young, energetic club are committed to making social racing a big part of the Wellington Community.

Located adjacent to the award winning Wellington Caves and Phosphate Mine in the Central West of NSW. With irrigated fairways, valley views and immaculate greens, our beautiful course is well worth a visit.
Both front and back 9 feature both a long and a short par 3 to compliment the varying par 4s and 5s, testing all aspects of every golfers game.
Visitors are always welcome for a social round and players with an AGU handicap are invited to play in Saturday competition.
We have Pro-shop facilities with club and buggy hire.

Wellington PCYC
A fun, safe environment for people to enjoy the facilities.
The club also provides an alternative fitness location for local residents which promote positive social behaviour. Volunteers to assist with session supervision are welcome, the afternoon sessions include use of the basketball court, weights room, pool table and gym equipment as well as judo classes on some nights.
Plans are now underway for monthly under-18s discos, jewellery making classes, kindy gym club, hip hop dance sessions, an indoor soccer tournament and three on three basketball comps.
